You don’t have to live with back pain forever. After working as a therapist for over 10 years I decided to expand my treatment toolkit by becoming a Certified McGill Practitioner. By using traditional osteopathic techniques in conjunction with the McGill Method I offer a unique combination of therapy to help you recover effectively and reduce future recurrences of back pain to get you back doing what you love.

What Is the McGill Method

The McGill Method was developed by one of the greatest spine researchers of our time, Dr. Stuart McGill. With over 30 years of scientific research and clinical investigations, Dr. McGill created a framework to assess and treat lower back pain. His framework is based around the fact that all back pain is unique, with specific and mechanical causes. A thorough assessment can bring to light these specific mechanical causes which can then be used to formulate a treatment plan catered to each individual’s needs.
